Since last March we have needed to change the way we can help our customers and have a new system in place which ensures we can still offer a high level of service, while keeping our customers and staff safe.
We continue to receive many enquiries for bathroom designs and quotations. While we cannot invite customers into the showroom, we can still offer our design package and work remotely with you to create some ideas.
Our usual process begins with an informal conversation over the phone of your requirements. What style of suite, how much tiling, walk in shower or bath etc. This is something we can also email as a questionnaire.
We then request a rough plan with some photographs of the room to be sent to us. Once received we can create some designs and quotations based on your requirements.
Our team can then arrange a video call via Zoom, Teams or even WhatApp and talk you through the options, share the designs and even show you the products in our showroom.
Once you feel happy with our plans, we can then arrange a site survey which can be done with minimum contact and following the government guidelines.
This process ensures a smooth easy set up from initial enquiry to placing an order.
Our remote sales and design service is available for both installation work and supply only.
